Zadar

Zadar is an ancient Mediterranean port city. The old town, surrounded by walls and towers on a peninsula, with a new, urban part is connected by a bridge, a symbol of the city. In a city with the most beautiful sunset, in a maritime archipelago facing a multitude of islands and islets, which protect the city from the strong winds, enjoy the symphony of the Sea Organ and magical urban light installation Pozdrav suncu (Greeting the Sun) near the new harbour for cruise ships.

Zaton

Zaton is a small tourist town town situated between two historic cities - Nin (2km) and Zadar (15km). It represents a unique combination of Dalmatian architecture, pleasant Mediterranean climate, unspoilt natural surroundings, rich cultural and historical heritage and a lively tourist everyday life.

The sandy beaches in the shade of ancient trees are ideal for families with children. If you want to find peace, crystal clear sea, a clean underwater world, the shade of pine forests, an unforgettable sunset, then Zaton is the ideal place for you.

Nin

The early Croatian royal town of Nin is about 15 km away from Zadar. Inhabited for 3000 years, it is an important archaeological locality. There are the remains of the largest ancient temple in the Adriatic, mosaics, a church called the smallest cathedral in the world, a unique romantic period coronation church, the ancient Croatian ship Condura and so on. They all bear witness to the ancient times and the time when the town was the seat of the Bishop and the first capital city of the Croats.

It is located in a shallow lagoon surrounded by fields and salt pans and long sandy beaches, and has the greatest site of medicinal mud in the country. The most popular entertainment event is Ninska šokolijada, which promotes the ancient dried meat specialty of this region - "šokol".
